Salted caramel & blueberry overnight oats by Lili Forberg
Dessert for breakfast, yes please!
Serves 2|Takes 120 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup (90 g) oats
1.5 cup (375 ml) oat milk
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 chopped up dates
Pinch of salt
1 cup blueberries
METHOD:
Add all the ingredients to a container, mix and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add your favourite toppings such as chopped nuts, quinoa pops and nut butter
