Porridge with fried banana, cacao nibs and almond butter

You won't look back after add fried bananas to your porridge for a deliciously caramelised flavour!

Serves 1|Takes 10

INGREDIENTS:

30g Flahavan’s Oats

150mls whole milk

Banana

Almond Butter

Cacao Nibs

Honey

Butter

METHOD:

Porridge

Stir 30g of Flahavan’s Porridge Oats into 150mls of milk.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes stirring continuously.

To Serve

Fried bananas: Melt a tablespoon of butter in a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of honey and combine. Add 2 sliced bananas and fry for 2-3 minutes each side.

Top the porridge with the banana, a drizzle of honey, some almond butter and cacao nibs.
