Oaty Protein Snack Pot by Daniel Davey

A great high protein snacking option to keep you fuelled up on healthy oats!

Serves 1|Takes 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 pot of Flahavan’s Quick Oats
50 mL milk, just a splash
2 Tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp. of vanilla whey
50g mixed fresh berries
2 Tbsp. chia seeds or other mixed seeds
1 tsp cacao powder
Optional toppings – Grated dark chocolate, honey, pinch of cinnamon or peanut butter

METHOD:

Add the oats, cacao, whey and seeds to a bowl or jar and stir together (if you prefer you can just add the additional ingredients to the Flavahan’s Quick Oats pot and stir).
Add the milk and yogurt and mix so that all the ingredients are combined

Add a little grated dark chocolate, peanut butter and finish with a squeeze of honey
