Individual Cherry, Chocolate & Almond Baked Oats (Air Fryer Method)
INGREDIENTS:
80g Flahavan’s Progress Oatlets
125ml Flahavan’s Oat Drink
40g preserved whole and pitted cherries
30g good quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped
20g flaked almonds
1-2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to desired sweetness)
pinch of sea salt
a small pat of butter or oil for greasing
METHOD:
Combine: Mix all of the ingredients together.
Transfer: Add mixture to a greased large shallow ramekin.
Air-fry: At 180C for about 15-18 minutes until set and slightly crispy on top.
Serve: While warm, add an extra almond sprinkle if desired.
