Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cup Overnights Oats

Serves 2|Takes 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
80g Flahavan’s Organic Porridge Oats
1 ripe mashed banana
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
250ml almond milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
40g dark chocolate
1 tbsp roasted salted peanuts, roughly chopped (optional)
METHOD:
Mix together the Flahavan’s Organic Porridge Oats, mashed banana, maple syrup, vanilla essence and almond milk.
Spoon the mixture into 2 jars or glasses and top each with peanut butter.
Drizzle over melted chocolate and sprinkle with peanuts. Leave in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours (or overnight), then enjoy!
