Blueberry Oat Scones by Lili Forberg
These scones by Lili Forberg are the perfect lunchbox fillers!
Serves 8|Takes 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup or 150 g self raising flour
1 cup or 100 g Flahavan’s oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup of 50 g brown sugar
1/2 cup or 100 g melted butter
1/3 cup or 80 ml milk
1 egg
1 cup or 150 g blueberries
METHOD:
Mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Add the rest of the ingredients leaving the blueberries until last. Using a spoon, a 1/4 cup measure or an ice cream scoop, place 8 portions on a greased and lined baking tray.
Bake on 180° for 16 mins
