Our Story
Our family has been in Kilmacthomas Co. Waterford for over 235 years, milling locally-grown oats and creating wholesome, natural foods.
Oats have grown here for as long as anyone can remember, with the land and the weather in the sunny south-east perfect for growing the highest quality oats - to this day our oats are sourced from within a 60 mile radius of the mill. It's our commitment to local sourcing combined with our traditional milling techniques, handed down through seven generations, that helps give Flahavan’s porridge its distinctive creamy taste and texture.
