We’re delighted to have worked with nutritionist Aveen Bannon this National Porridge Week and she has kindly shared with us all the great reasons why oats are so good for our bodies. Whether it’s for heart health, digestive health, weight management or simply starting the day right with a nutritious breakfast – whatever your reasons for choosing oats, there are plenty of reasons to feel good about it!
We were also delighted to read some more about this on the BBC website recently, which outlined why porridge could be our new breakfast favourite. More reasons to love healthy oats and incorporate them into your family mealtimes in as many ways as possible!
