Waterford Food Bank Donation
18th Jan, 2021

We are delighted to report that we’ve donated >9,000 porridge sachets and almost 1,000 flapjacks to Waterford Food Bank in the past week. Waterford Food Bank does excellent work providing basic food supplies to more than 1,100 people in Waterford City and County.
Oats are a great source of fibre and they’re also really sustaining. Porridge made with milk is a mix of carbohydrates, protein, calcium and fibre and contains no added salt or added sugar. Oats also contain essential minerals like magnesium, manganese, iron, zinc, thiamine, phosphorus as well as B vitamins*. Learn more about the health benefits of oats in our Superfood Oats section.
